Três Corações / MG - From January 28 to 31, 2020, the NCO Academy (ESA) carried out, , the Instructors Preservice Training (ESTAP), Level I, organized by the School Supervision Section of the Academic Board. The training was attended by instructors and monitors from the Army's 13 Military Technology Education Training Centers (UETE), responsible for conducting the 1st year of activities of the NCO Training Course (CFGS).
Major General Flavio Alvarenga Filho opened the activities and explained the importance of UETE in the basic training of future NCO in the Brazilian Army.
During the activities, the students had lectures on School Management, Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), General Teaching Plan (PGE) and teaching by skills, conducted by the Planning and Research Subsection; standardization, methodology and types and instruments of Assessment, conducted by the Subsection of Assessment of Learning; development and evaluation of Military Physical Training, conducted by the Physical Education Section; methodologies, pedagogical practices, teaching techniques and documentation, conducted by the School Supervision Section; emotional intelligence, learning optimization and attitudinal content, by the Psychopedagogical Section; in addition to active learning methodologies, conducted by the Student Body Doctrine Leadership and Support Section.
