Três Corações / MG - On November 29, 2019, the NCO Academy held the Formation of Restitution of Sergeant Max Wolf Filho Saber and the Graduation Ceremony of the Class named after the Centenary of the French Military Mission in Brazil.
The formation of Restitution of Sergeant Max Wolf Filho Saber, was held at 8:30 am, and was chaired by Lieutenant General Vinícius Ferreira Martinelli, Director of Military Technical Education.
At 11 am, the President of the Republic, Jair Messias Bolsonaro, received the military honors. Afterward, the President conducted the troop review and authorized the beginning of the Ceremony from the stage.
On this date, the NCO Academy graduated 573 new combatant sergeants.
The first placed, Sergeant Renan Péricles Bezerra da Silva, of the Signal Corps Branch, received the Marshal Hermes Medal (Diligence and Study) and the Olive Green Cap from the President of the Republic of Brazil; Besides, he was awarded with the Medal of Merit of the Ministry of Defense; from the Minister of Defense, Army General Fernando Azevedo e Silva, and the Caxias Medal from Army Commander, Army General Edson Leal Pujol.
The servicemen ranked second to fifth, Sergeant Wescley F. Ribeiro Brandão, of Infantry; Sergeant Felipe Cristino Lial, Cavalry; Sergeant Heitor Rodrigues Palmeira, Artillery, and Sergeant Felipe Wallace de Oliveira Braga, Engineers, were also awarded with the Marshal Hermes Medal (Diligence and Study).
After that, relatives, and sponsors offered the olive cap to their sponsored in a moment marked by emotion.
